Athora was born when their parent company Athene wanted to create a European insurance innovator. It sought to honour the heritage of its parent brand while bringing forward its distinct vision and mission to reshape the insurance market.

The logo mark was inspired by the connection to Athene and the lasting legacy of Greek mosaic patterns. Instantly recognisable and also robust enough to last lifetimes. The 2 colour way design helped to reinforce the connection between themselves and the customers.
